Research show that there is a common thread amongst all the people who have lost weight and have been successful. It turns out that it really doesn’t matter what program they used or what exercises they did or what nutritional supplements they took; it all boils down to two little factors: The first factor is commitment; in other words they were 100% committed to that program, product or system. The second factor is they were persistent; they kept with the program for long enough for their goals to be met. I know…you were hoping that I would reveal a magic herb or secret exercise!!
